User-mode Linux kernel port

Hi,

I have been trying to recompile the kernel with user-mode-linux support.
Problem is, I want to use kernel 2.2.18, and the user-mode-linux uses 2.4.0-test12
I tired to apply the 2.4.0 patch to the 2.2.18, however
on compile, it complains it can\'t find asm-generic/pgtable.h file.

I don\'t want to use 2.4.0 since its still experimental and I guess somewhat
buggy, what can I do ?
