I committed changes to configure.in and configure, as well as a
few Makefile.in files, that moves the installed location of the

This is a pretty trivial change, but it has been mentioned on this
list as being on the wish-list, and it seems to be pretty obviously
the right thing to do in general.
The implications of this commit are that if you update, you need to
rerun configure to get a new sdccconf.h and regenerate some Makefiles.
Then remake and reinstall.
Next on my list: spec files for RPM. I'm using sdcc for day-job work,
so I would like to make something convenient that I can hand to my
