I just checked in a re-written version of packihx in C (*). You will
probably need to do a "cvs update -d" in order to get the new packihx
directory.

(*) I did this because it turns out packihx is necessary for TINI
development, and Windows boxes typically don't have Perl installed.
 
I remember now why I like Perl; most of a day to re-create in C what
took maybe an hour in Perl.

There is, and that was the first thing I tried, but it turned out to
be useless: it creates C code that requires various header and
library files that come with the perl distribution. So the generated C
code is worthless unless you have perl, in which case you don't need
the (completely unreadable) C code...

By the way, who is responsible for the fine web-site design on
sdcc.sourceforge.net? I completely ripped it off for
http://www.vigor.nu/tini.html, and want to know who to give credit
to. Also, if I'm forgetting anybody in the credits, please let me
know! Since pride is the only thing we get out of this open-source
thing, I don't want to short-change anyone.
