Cygwin doesn't seem to be very consistent with case use in file names.
If you could rename INSTALL and use a simple install line to copy the file over,
that would make life good(or should I say slightly less miserable) for us
Bill Gate groupies.
As an aside, I'm dying to try out the s51 serial port file redirection
thing. I can't use it under Windows, as theres no easy way to re-direct to
a CONSOLE. I was hoping that cygwin implemented the /dev/udp/port thing in
the bash shell, but apparently not. I guess I'll have to boot into Linux :)
