Webware for Python

I think it's time to start this.

Anyone have recommendations on a good FAQ web manager that we could 
run?  Or perhaps a web site that offers this service? (I wonder if FAQTS 
would host this.)

I didn't see anything available on the SourceForge project page, which kind 
of surprised me.
