Webware for Python

Webware is "frozen" now with regards to new features.

Tomorrow I will do:
	* some minor code cleanup
	* testing
	* write a new installation guide for WebKit
	* write release notes

Either tomorrow night or Tues morning I will announce 0.4 candidate 1 for 
people to download, test and play with.

When sufficient feedback has rolled in and we feel comfortable with the 
state of things, it will be released. I'm guessing 1-2 weeks.

Hopefully sourceforge will get their download counter fixed before the 
release. It broke again and our downloads have been going down instead of up...
