The only sets supported on the oai interface are
"objects", "bdefs", "bmechs"... there is currently no
way to specify membership of an object in an arbitrary

we're considering adding support for arbitrary
"collections" of objects in some way in the Fedora
server over the next year... and that these
collections might be exposed via Fedora's OAI provider
module... but how that will be done is still up in the
