when 

ICQUser *u = gUserManager.FetchUser(nUin, LOCK_W)

returns 0, it should _not_ call gUserManager.DropUser(u) ? right, wrong?
IMHO DropUser should not segfault with 0 as a parameter. 

okay, previous user called "ChangeUserStatus" with an invalid parameter when
u was 0. 

right?

Could you please tell me first so I have a chance at fixing it before you
undo a commit? Is also less work for you ;-)

kinda fixed a very ugly bug in Licq. it didn not correctly update the 
away message when sending someone a message who is occ/dnd because there was
the ACK_DND check first.

im unsure if this is fully compliant with the protocol, it works for me however
graham please have serious look at it. 

thoughs: 

- there is no ICQ_CMDxTCX_READ_FFFxMSG (is this correct?)
- when ICQ_CMDxSUB_CHAT or ICQ_CMDxSUB_FILE, doesn't it also transmit
the auto response then?
because in that case we could safe that looooong "if" that I've added now

- it overwrites now the nSubResult with ICQ_TCPxACK_ACCEPT always, i don't think
this is correct. 

- graham: you know more about the stuff, I'm leaving now and please
check the code :-)

report the user as !Offline to us. This is necessary to avoid "always
invisible online to me" problem if a invisible user requests the
user response and we're not on his invisible list. 
I know it is somewhat controversy, but better show a user as offline
