Danny, This is great work, thanks. I see no problem in putting these into
the standard runtime, but I do believe that we should have a preprocessor
guard to be able to exclude these (ala _GNU_SOURCE in glibc, __EXTENSION__
in Solaris, and so on). Suggestions welcome.
Granted we already have non-standard stuff in libmingw32.a such as dirent
and friends, but should these go into a separate "extension" library or
get lumped into the standard one?
