During log playback with the 'readlog' driver, you can now rewind the
logfile to the beginning, via a config request.  With libplayerc, call
playerc_log_set_read_rewind().

Also, the 'readlog' driver now accepts an 'autorewind' configuration
file option to make it rewind and continue playing when it reaches the
end of the logfile.  Default is to not autorewind.

I've exposed this functionality in 'playervcr', via a rewind button.
