Yes, that is true. which-func, I think, is useful when the code you
are editing is very large. If the fcn definition is already on
screen, then it isn't so useful. That's why I used the function
window-top is in since that was the definition missing.
It also has the nifty effect of watching a fcn title scroll near the
top and then "stick" when scrolling a line at a time.
