Hi,

  Yes, I posted on cedet-devel asking for some testing before posting
to gnu.emacs.sources.  I also asked for testing from ecb-devel.  In
fact I've posted several messages to which no one has responded
recently.  I'll have to go check the archives.

I tried creating a `snapshot', but it returned errors and I haven't
had time to figure out why.  I may have to go tag it by hand.

I agree.  In the past, I've been keeping the old tar files around,
but that is becoming a pain.

That seems reasonable.  I should be able to tag what is in my area
based on those version numbers.

in CVS depends on the current CVS version of semantic.

I think you are saying I should tag wisent since it depends on what
is in CVS right now.  Yes?

I don't think you need to wait.  I can tag versions in my area which
is basically what is in semantic 1.4 right now.

Yes that's right!   Wisent in CVS depends on semantic in CVS, that is 
the current way to plug
the parser in (grammars, wisent-wy & wisent-bovine only).  The core 
wisent parser & grammar
compiler is independent of semantic :-)
The next version will use the new API in semantic (what I sent to you in 
a tarball).

Yes, I try to keep everything up to date so I can play with wisent
some times when I'm bored.

You mentioned earlier that you hadn't gotten my cedet/semantic 1.4
email.  I can't find it in the archives at sourceforge, perhaps I
imagined that I sent the mail.

Did you get an email about wisent I also sent?  It is in the archives
here.

Yes, I got it!   Sorry, I didn't reply because I was busy at work and at 
writing the new parser API and
the manual for Wisent ;-)  I will re-read it more seriously...
