Can I just say, you are a god among men? :)
Now, let me see ... other random things that might go on the wish-list

Well, there's always the "email me pages that are updated" feature (that
might be more than a small modification, of course -- on the extreme
end, you likely want some kind of daily digest version of that as an
option).
Possibly a "dated entry" that has a specific lifetime as set my the page
creator. Like the dated entry model we have now, just with expiry. That
is, actually, a lot harder than it may seem, I suppose, unless you just
did the cleanup at the next entry. That would likely suffice for any
practical use.
Some sort of dynamically generated Activity Page that lists all the
pages in the DB with activity in the past X and how much activity? Seems
a shame to have all the dynamic power of Yaws and NOT do that.
Possibly its time to consider migrating the individual page storage
system into some kind of unified dets storage, if only for the sheer
speed increase? Going as far as full-bore mnesia would be overkill, but
surely something else is feasible. (I recognize that keeping multiple
wiki on the same server seperated could be awkward -- might need some
kind of wiki-specific config file that names it uniquely (and maybe has
room for future expansion things).
I suddenly realize my role in life -- perverse muse. :)

"You are a devil!" she sobbed.
"Not I!" he laughed. "I was born on this planet long ago. Once, I was
a common man, nor have I lost all human attributes in the numberless
aeons of my adeptship. A human steeped in the dark arts is greater
than a devil."
