Ah, when you sent this via web I thought you meant "what do we need to do
to package this up?"... which is a broader question. To post on
oss4lib.org, use the submit link, be sure to describe and link to your
project, and be sure to have a copy of your code available to download
from the link you post.
Since we keep the oss4lib projects list fairly library-specific, if your
code is a generic messaging system it's probably best to list at freshmeat
but not oss4lib. If it's uniquely library-focused, we'll gladly post it.
It might be wise to post at fm in any case.
