Yes - just add
(global-semantic-show-unmatched-syntax-mode -1)
to your .emacs
But underlining your statement above shows me that you do not use latest
available semantic 1.4.3 because the semantic-version has a much improved
C++-parser which recognizes correctly statements like yours!
If you do a lot of C++-programming you should really upgrade to latest
semantic!
