If sb-image is byte-compiled, it loads incorrectly in some versions
of Emacs. Not byte compiling it works around these bugs.

This can happen if EIEIO is not in the loadpath. You will need to
make sure that eieio.el, and eieio-base.el is in your load path, or
the LOADPATH specified when you run make.
