Sorry, but i'm _pretty_ shure i said 'PPC/Linux' ... i'm well aware of
the working PPC/Darwin code.

I actually did. Would you please read what i wrote? I was referring to the
code that Heinrich Taube provides on the LambdaGTK website - since this
tar-archive doesn't mention your name or its origin i wasn't sure whether
the ppc stuff was actually written by you or by someone else contributing
to the LambdaGTK code. Meanwhile i checked out the CVS stuff and it _does_
indeed look like your code. Unfortunately there seems to be no history in
the CVS so i've no idea about what patches were applied when.
