Steel Bank Common Lisp

Hello,

I'm using SBCL 0.8.17.4 (Debian package 0.8.17.4-1) and ASDF-INSTALL
seems to be broken. It appears to be because of SB-UNICODE since it
works when I run it with a "C" locale but not when I'm using LANG="C"
and LC_CTYPE="pt_PT.UTF-8". 

Here's the output I get:
