Initial Comment:
This patch provides a descriptive "You Have New Mail!"
for the new email dialog box rather than the default
title of "gaim".  If the developers so desire, they can
change the patch to make the title something different,
it's just that the default "gaim" is not descriptive at
all, and is annyoing in my taskbar.
