Summary: unable to type in fractional number with 6.2 (worked with61)

I am using adminer to administer a mysql database. Don't know if the behaviour is database type specific, but I doubt it.
WHen I use 6.1 I can edit a record and type in 42.2 into a field that is double(15,5) and get it saved :
click the edit link for a record.
click a field that is double (15,5)
type in "42.20"
Hit TAB to exit the field, and then Click the save link. This works fine storing 42.20 into the database record
with 6.2 i do this
click edit link for a record
click a field that is double(15,5)
type in "42.20"
as soon as i TAB out of the field, the number in there changes to 4220
if I try to type "42,20" I get to tab away from the field.
however, when i click save, I get an error message "! Ugyldig værdi" which is Danish for "!Invalid value"
thus -with adminer 3.6.2 (PC running a UK or US version of windows 7, set up to Danish locale, Adminer set up to write english,Chrome is english too) I have no real way of entering numbers with decimal values into records being edited.
I would probably prefer the field to just take 42.20 as a good value and store that to the database. (instead of changing the value to 4220 and storing that)

This is true for all non-integers in Adminer (decimal/double/float). A good
fix would be to add a "step" attribute to the input element. The value
should be representative of the size of decimal value. So double(15,5)
would have step="0.00001" and decimal(3,2) would have step="0.01".
This is a pretty big bug since Chrome won't let you save any record that
has any non-integer value.
