Whoa! I patched logarithmic_rotary_control_patch and
rosegarden_plugin-dialog-patch against rosegarden-13099.

My wishlist now: A positive AND negative time offset (in tenths of
milliseconds for a whole track. At the moment the time offset can only
be positive and the ms-offsets are fixed and add up to every segment. A
+/-time-offset is the last feature that's IMHO missing to make everyone
OK, for one exeption: JACK-MIDI to make timing between programs better
