We don't expect the manual translations to be constantly updated the
way the website and the program are. I want to complete and proofread
the English manual for 1.2.0 first, then start having it translated.
We may not even check the translations into CVS. If there's interest,
we definitely could, but it's not as necessary because at least so far
there hasn't been much collaboration on translations - it's more
efficient for one person to work on them at a time.
