Perfect and yea that was the only reason for me to save files under Mysql. So far mysql dump is 30 MB.

Depends on the number of files, size and traffic.
For small sites (less than 50 megs for the MySQL dump), I leave files in DB since it's simpler to make a backup/transfer
If a large site, better to store files in file system.

This is in your MySQL configuration.
Even better: don't store files in MySQL but configure Tiki to store in the filesystem (there is a setting in the admin panel)
