With EmbeddedXEN, both dom0 and domU are automatically loaded during the bootstrap (the hypervisor starts dom0 then domU).
Therefore, the two guest OSes run in parallel from the beginning. To have the focus on both domains in the QEMU/versatilev6 environment,
you can make use of ctrl+alt+1 and ctrl+alt+2 to switch between the two outputs; currently, domU uses the framebuffer while dom0 a serial line console only.
On QEMU/Goldfish, you can get the focus on domU by typing on the magnifier-key of your emulated Android terminal. Same on HTC desire HD.

Since both domains run in parallel, there are no needs for additional commands. In the future, we will also have some facilities to
enable live migration of domU on other devices, but it is still at an infancy stage.
