Because of the size of the mondoarchive file, I had to compress it with bzip2 and then use the split utility to break it into three pieces. So you will receive three separate e-mails with each of the three parts of the file. Once you receive all of them, you can use cat to re-assemble them and then use bunzip2 to uncompress the file.
Here is the first part of the mondoarchive file, plus the mindi log file.

Hi,
I have downloaded the beta version and upgrade the rpm packages on a Red Hat 5.6 system. Unfortunately, for me, nothing has changed. After a period of time, mondoarchive stops running and none of the child processes, such as gzip startup. Here is the output from the ps -ef command:
[root@... ~]# ps -ef | grep mondo
root 17208 18008 0 15:40 pts/0 00:00:00 sh -c gzip -c1 > /data1/mondo.tmp.LzlD2W/xattr_list.20.gz

This problem occurs at random points, so I can't point it to a specific file or directory that it hangs on. I have already submitted the logs files in a previous post, but if you would like them again, I will be glad to send them.

New beta and numbering format for the project
I have taken new decisions on the numbering schema for MondoRescue, which
correspond to a future new 3.0.0 version. The beta is alaready available at
ftp://ftp.mondorescue.org/test. Please test and report your findings. And all
that will be ikkustrated by a new logo, but more on that later on...
