I'm just starting up again and in the middle of doing the SF pages.
Vaughan, as you've already downloaded them, it'll be fine if you want
to upload them/still got time to. But I know that's a real drag. How
about if you do the ones destined for SF and I do the ones destined
for Google Code? That would help me.

I think it would possibly be better if zips were uploadable to the
Manual via the image upload system, then anyone could do it.
I'll test that out, assuming the system can actually cope with an
upload that size, but not for this release.
