I know there is a new method to establish *contexts* in OpenGL 4, but
I am unaware of any code one can add to do this for OGL 3. Anyway,
context creation is outside the scope of GLEW.
Have you just tried a basic GL app on Lion and seen what GL_VERSION
returns? Note that it's probably specific to your GPU. I am a little
skeptical of apple saying a driver is 2.1 when it can in fact do 3.2;
there's no logical reason to do that, unless maybe 3.2 features are
If you could provide us with an idea of what an application might
do differently to get a GL_VERSION of 3.2 instead of 2.1 on apple
platforms, that would help.
