[Yaml-core] pyyaml 3.09 issue with gcc4.6

As seems to be the case with every gcc release, they have, once again, 
tightened things up with gcc4.6.  Unfortunately pyyaml fails to build with 
gcc4.6 (and libyaml).  I've filed http://pyyaml.org/ticket/188 with the 
details.

I'll take a look at it this weekend.  I hope that recompiling libyaml
bindings with the latest version of Cython will fix the issue.

I believe the latest release of pyyaml should fix the issue; if not, 
please let me know.
