looks like a missing closing tag to me.
Additionally the Freetags Module seems to be messed up in Firefox etc.
too. As this is a coelesce theme you might check your modifications by
comparing your css with original (if you modified it). If not some
additions in your custom code area could cause this. Coelesce displays
OK with IE8, FF and Chrome from a clean install @ my testsite.
