I'm not sure if this is the right way to report this typo, nevertheless 
there is

Jsou zde pozastavení úlohy.

and should be

Jsou zde pozastavené úlohy.

I see your report is about bash-4.1.2. Unfortunatelly I cannot see the version
on offical mirror <ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/bash/>. If developers released
4.1.2 version without including new translations nor published new tar balls
on standard servers, blame them.
