Use exactly the same command line as with a native gcc running on
Windows. Just instead of the "gcc" command, use "i686-pc-mingw32-gcc"
(or whatever the build of a mingw cross-compiler toolchain you have
uses). In the minimal case:
i686-pc-mingw32-gcc -o foo.dll -shared foo.c
You probably want an import library to be generated, too, so add
If you have autoconf, libtool etc involved, it can then get a bit more
complicated. But not necessarily at all, if your configure.ac,
Makefile.am, etc files are written well.
