i also have a life, i'm involved in several open source projects too, so
i know that stuff. I also know that the mingw devs don't say anything
about a precise day. But a minimum of informations about what has to be
done, and some kind of roadmap is nice to have. There is absolutely no
informations from the devs about what is currently done, wrt the
installer, the msys project, the different tools, gcc, etc... The only
information that we, the users, have is when there is something out. And
