[Ilohamail-testers] our new release technician!

I am happy to announce that Rodolfo Pilas has graciously stepped forward
in response to my call for a Release Technician.  Rodolfo first began
contributing to IlohaMail.org as a Spanish translator back in December
2002, and has been an active, dedicated, and enthusiastic member of the
community since.
As Release Technician, he will now be in charge of publicly releasing all
future builds of IlohaMail-devel.  With his support, and all of your
support, I am confident IlohaMail will continue to improve and grow in
2005, and beyond.

[Ilohamail-testers] "Source" error

When I hit the "source" button on my system I get the following error:

Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated - argument
passed by value; If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the
declaration of [runtime function name](). If you would like to enable
call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference
to true in your INI file. However, future versions may not support this
any longer. in c:\easyphp\www\ilohamail\source\view.php on line 89

followed by a couple of other errors.

This is on a EasyPHP v1.8 Apache & PHP setup.  Obviously this  is
something that can be changed but I do not know where to make the
change.  This did not happen when running Apache2Triad or a straight
Apache PHP setup.

The allow_call_time_pass_reference =3D ON  in the PHP.ini file.
