Yeah, it doesn't seem to work - tinymce/templates/header_inc.tpl is still
being used (removing it doesn't help and nor does creating a templates
folder under themes/style/<mystyle>/tinymce/ and putting the template
Maybe Ill see if using themes/force will help...
