I tried finding a copy of the header file via google searches but nothing
turned up, however I did find a program called "fink" intended to install
Unix compatible libraries on MacOS (presumably prior to the latest releases)
and it included (MacOS10.1 through MacOS10.4) libpng-1.0.12.
Indeed, googling for (iokit "libpng.h") turns up nothing except
the message I quoted. So probably it's a false alarm.
