Okay, this was among the stranger bugs I've seen... the whole table setup
doesn't work unless there's a newline at the beginning of each template
call; otherwise, the template calls get placed one right after the other,
which causes the MediaWiki parser to thing it's all just one row of a table,
and displays it as a single row (removing most of the values in the
I just fixed it, by putting the contents of each template within an
<includeonly> tag; that tag forces a newline above its contents, assuming
you have a newline between the <includeonly> and the actual text.
Could it be that the wiki code you had that was "almost identical" had an
"<includeonly>" as well?
