Similarly we might note installation mantras for Debian, etc -- but
the problem is that since those builds are not under our control, when
they break or are out of date there is little we can do.
If something like that is desired, a note to the effect that several
Linux and BSD distributions package SBCL, and it can be also installed
using their package management systems -- maybe?
