I haven't really tried the blaster but receiver works.

There's currently no reset function for the hdpvr and I don't know if
it's needed. We need feedback if the reset is still needed? Does anyone
knows why the reset is needed? Is it a bug in thelirc driver or the
keycode library? Does the windows driver issues resets too?
