You just resend those files, yes?

I assume you mean those other device in the dev.zip with the sot thingies
around?  I'll check these as soon as possible...

Yep.  The DC itself works.  But the transient only fails.  I noticed
this.

With a S-parameter simulation.  One port at the input.  The S[1,1] is
your reflexion coefficient then...

I just had a small glimpse on the result with a normal 2n2222 transistor
in the schematic.  What should this output?  I see to output voltage
swing?  So I've currently no idea if this schematic should work at all.
I did not design it, so I probably cannot know.  Can you explain possibly?

I really appreciate your tests with real design...  You made me think
about the problem with stalling transient simulation.  Now I assume I
identified the problem with it:  When setting Xcjc=1 then it is likely
to converge...  I rechecked it in the code and found a possible bug
there!!!  Let's see what I can do about it... Am I happy that it is not
about the transient simulation itself but only in the BJT model!  You
triggered already several bugs in this model implementation. :-)  Sorry
I can't do it the right way in the first place...

Today I gave Raimund a patch to apply to CVS which should fix the problem
with the BJT model...  Have a try.

  it indicates "memory exausted", not "corrupted".  this is about a stack
limit of the touchstone parser.  unfortunately there is no chance to
increase this limit without re-compiling the qucsator program.  anyway i am
going to increase the limit in cvs.
