If you're using the jython script that comes with the 2.5 beta and
later, options prefaced with -J go straight through to the JVM. You'd
use jython -J-Xmx2048m to set the max heap size. If you're using a
different startup script, I'm not sure of the correct procedure, but
your Xmx and Xms options look correct to me.
