it only uploads what cvs needs to - ie files that changed. i'd just
liek to say that right now they dont format the same betwene browsers
or even pages. the uploading is uploaidng of the changes you've made -
one way or the other it has to upload. dialup uses just have to live
with the fact that if they generate a tonne o data it takes a while to
upload. they can try cvs -z9 commit so cvs compresses with level 9.
i'm not sure i like the dark background idea for everything though the
