It looks like
c:/Documents and Settings/Lennart Borgman/Application Data/.semanticdb
doesn't exist, or has some other kind of issue. I thought this should
be created for you, though now I don't see where that code is. I've
added a todo for me to figure that out.
In the meantime, you can just create the directory.
