s#rulers#scrollbars#? i packed the colour picker in a scrolled window because
it's very large and i wanted the options window to be viewable on a 640x480
res screen. i don't need the HSV values but no method is provided to omit them.
still, as it stands, you don't need to scroll the window unless you want
to use the RGB spin buttons. (i think most people will use the
colour wheel or the hex value string, both of which are visible by default).
of course, i've realised that sweep itself isn't viewable at 640x480 which sorta
renders the whole thing moot.
in light of that, i should either scrap the scrolled window or
make the main view toolbars collapsible.
i could also detect the screen size and ensure that the scheme editor
window is big enough to avoid scrolling where possible. (although for that to
work, a reasonably sized font needs to be in use)
