Andrew has told me since off list that what he thought were dependency
issues were an artifact of a stale build. However, the "make clean" problem
with Ada apparently persists for a build that is initiated in an empty build
directory so I will investigate that issue further. Anyhow, the "make
clean" issue is not something you have to address since that is a CMake Ada
support issue and not anything to do with your actual PLplot interface or
