Hello list,
 
today I've done a check-in of what should be the 0.6 release of monoGIS.
Please note that it may take some time until the public CVS repository
(visible within your browser) is updated. Meanwhile, you may access the
latest changes via anonymous cvs (see the sf.net page for details).
We have split up our code into several libraries:
- the core library (monoGIS.dll)
- the drivers that give access to different datasources (currently there are
three: OGR, Oracle Spatial and Geomedia GDO),
- the OGC webservices that implement the corresponding OGC standards.
 
I have to mention that the OGC webservices are very preliminary right now,
we have just implemented a part of the Web Map Service standard. Also, there
are some drivers that remain within the core library (ESRI Shapefiles
basically) because they do not need further external libraries. 
 
We have added a new memory driver to facilitate the implementation of new
file based drivers. 
 
We have added some classes to do spatial analysis within monoGIS
(GMIntersection and GMContained), for further spatial analysis we have added
build time properties to our nant script. Changing the build properties you
may either activate GeoTools.Net, Java Topology Suite or .NET Topology
Suite.
 
There are new Oracle Spatial, SHP.mono and GDO drivers (the latter ones
entirely in .NET, the first one is using the Oracle JDBC drivers). During
the next days we will add class comments (today we updated the comments to
the Model namespace), create some downloadable packages with pre-built
binaries and include some tutorials in our website (building from source,
creating your own WMS,  some examples apps). 
 
I am sure that the current version will still include some errors, so please
let us know.
