Yes, if people think "free" refers to the overall cost of using the
software (including training, customization, etc) rather than to the
freedom to copy & modify, they will get into trouble!
Because English has only the one word, "free", this constantly has to
be explained to people new to open source. In languages with two
different words (like "libre" and "gratis"), it's not an issue.
