gocr is designed to run under Unix clients. You will need a Unix/Linux/FreeBSD
machine to run GOCR, although you may be able to get it to run under Windows
with the Cygwin UNIX emulation system. Try getting Cygwin, and then
installing the Cygwin/XFree86 application. Then GOCR might work.
This may be more effort than you want to put into it however.
