Courier Mail Server

Hi all.  We have two SMTP mail servers, and the non-courier one is=20
forwarding to the courier one.  It keeps getting lots of messages that =
say=20
"Connection reset by <server>".  According to the 'Net, this is most =
probably=20
because courier is throttling connections from there.  I've raised our =
MAXPERC=20
and MAXPERIP values, but was wondering if there was any way to set these =

values to the higher number just for the one server (ie. can they be set =
in=20
smtp access files or something). =20
