If this dll is a system dll (kernel32.dll, etc...), that won't be possible.
Otherwise, giving us the name of the dll will help us.
Otherwise, you'll have to test these following solutions :
- Compiling with "-static" in you gcc command line.
- If you have built the dll, try rebuilding it with "--enable-static" and/or
"--disable-shared" in the command lines and recompiling your app with "-static"
