jEdit

Check Utilities - Global Options - Toolbar.  Somehow mine had a bunch of
dashes (indicates a separator) at the start, which caused the icons to
be shifted to the right.  After I removed them, the toolbar icons were
at the left again.

Wow, you're right. I have no idea how that happened, but unless I was 
sleepediting, I'm pretty sure I didn't do that.

I bet it was caused by the broken implementation of automatically added 
Navigator buttons. I had this problem too. This bug or rather one that 
contains that is on my huge to-be-posted-to-bug-tracker list.
